By accessing or using the services provided by SafeRoute Consortium Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are designed to support employers, owner-operators, and drivers with DOT and FMCSA compliance, Clearinghouse guidance, and related administrative support. SafeRoute does not represent the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) or the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and does not provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements applicable to their operations are met.

All information provided by clients must be accurate, complete, and current. SafeRoute relies on the information submitted to perform Clearinghouse queries, reporting, and compliance-related services. SafeRoute is not responsible for errors, delays, or compliance issues that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by the client or third parties, including laboratories, Medical Review Officers (MROs), or regulatory systems.

Payment for services is required in accordance with the pricing and billing terms agreed upon at the time of enrollment or service request. Fees may include administrative, compliance, query, and third-party processing costs. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable once services have been initiated, reports have been submitted, or access to compliance systems has been provided.

SafeRoute makes reasonable efforts to provide timely and accurate support; however, turnaround times and outcomes may depend on third-party agencies, regulatory platforms, and external service providers. SafeRoute does not guarantee specific results, regulatory determinations, or processing timelines.

Clients acknowledge that certain information may be shared with authorized third parties, including FMCSA, MROs, laboratories, and service providers, as necessary to fulfill compliance and reporting obligations. All such disclosures are handled in accordance with applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.

SafeRoute reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, engages in unlawful or abusive conduct, or attempts to use our services for fraudulent or improper purposes. SafeRoute may also update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
